Well week 10 for us definitely ended on another high! Carl was back at the club after missing last week and was joined with yet another A-list line up, probably one of our biggest of the season.

From early doors over on the Sunset Terrace Ibiza Sonica Radio were hosting Music For Freaks Justin Harris. Perfect house grooves from the word go from Justin got the Terrace warmed up nicely for the, Space regular, Elio Riso.  Rounding up the night was local hero by the name of Andy Baxter, his regular 6 hour sets are becoming legendary in these parts and yet again Andy didn’t disappoint.

Over in the main room it was the job of Carlo Lio to start off the proceedings. Effortless from the start Carlo dipped in and out of Deep House, Tech House and into Techno.  With tracks on Cocoon, Desolat, Intec, Bedrock and gigs already in the bag at places like BPM, Sonar, Music On, you could see why he was the perfect man to warm up for the eagerly awaited Nina Kraviz.

Nina stepped up to the booth and didn’t disappoint! The Russian techno dj and accomplished producer was one of our highlights of the season. Kraviz is becoming one of the most in demand artists in the world right now with her signature sound so it was a pleasure having her play in the Main Room until it was time for the main man to take his place.

The time was now 3.30am and Carl Cox is now in control of the Main Room at Space Ibiza. The room is packed (again) full of his ever increasing army of fans and even at week 10 Carl still has foot firmly on the gas and it doesn’t look like he will be slowing down anytime soon. Carl is still a champion of Techno, a Dance music pioneer and king of Ibiza. This is why people flock to Space Ibiza week in week out on a Tuesday.

Over on the covered Terrace it was time for Elio Riso to take up his second set of the night. Elio layed down some serious House music in preparation for another highlight of the night and of the season. Marco Carola has never played the Space Terrace before so we knew this was going to be another memorable one. He has been tearing the roof off his Music On night at Amnesia every week so we expected the same here at Space. Relentless from the first beat to the very last Carola definitely didn’t disappoint on his Terrace debut.

The man in charge of following after Marco and closing the Terrace was down to Israeli dj and producer, Guy J. Having establishing himself as one of the most sophisticated and emotive producers in the electronic music of the last decade, we were all excited to hear him play. Guy had already played on the Carl Cox boat party earlier in the day and was now back for round two to do more of the same on the terrace. Like all the other artists, Guy J didn’t disappoint by dropping into melody-rich and emotionally charged house music until the lights came up.

Finally over on the other floors, Emerging Ibiza were back looking after The El Salón room with Theo Kottis, Gel Abril and Greg Brockmann. Up on the Premier Etage floor we had another queen of Ibiza by the name of Clara Da Costa and this time she has brought Dogmatik’s Alex Arnout with her.  Clara’s ‘Jacks House’ party is one of our highlights of the season on that floor; both Clara and Alex were on form throughout the night, which stayed open until just before 6am.

As you have read and possibly witnessed Tuesday party, this was yet another sell out and another night for the history books. With only 2 more weeks to go before the season finishes you would be crazy to miss out… Buy your tickets and scream “Oh Yes Oh Yes!” with Carl Cox, Pan-Pot, Jon Rundell, Eats Everything and many more on Tuesday 15th September.
