Which Iranian-American duo is famous for playing its own exquisite Tech House, filling dance floors all over the world for the last 20 years? Space Ibiza is proud to announce Deep Dish as the latest addition to headline its Opening Fiesta on May the 25th.
Influenced by Detroit and New York sounds, Deep Dish are well known as the deep house pioneers. They met in 1991 and formed the music band Deep Dish the next year. Like I Love You, Say Hello and Stoned are some of the remixes that earned them a reputation during their first period, besides the hit Thank You, a remix that won them a Grammy Award back in 2002. Quincy is the new track just released now under the label Virgin Records.
Since they split up in 2006 we’ve had the opportunity to enjoy them separately in many clubs around the globe: the fine Tech House by Dubfire with unique sets, like the one back in July 2013 at the Opening of Carl Cox The Revolution, and the eclectic House sound that Sharam provides in all his sets.
Sven Väth, Pet Shop Boys, Depeche Mode and Paul Van Dyk are some of the artists Deep Dish has worked with in many remixes.
This duo's sets leave nobody indifferent. Because of that and because the Opening Fiesta only happens once a year, Space Ibiza brings this impressive duo to take control of the Flight Area on May 25th.
