Week 7 at Glitterbox saw house legend Todd Terry return for his third appearance of the season, Norman Jay MBE grace us with his 2016 debut and Joey Negro make it his fourth night on the White Isle this summer.
London-born, rare groove maestro Norman Jay warmed up the Terrace in style, seamlessly mixing between house, funk and soul, providing the early birds with an ideal soundtrack to start the night. Z Records’ head honcho Joey Negro stepped up next, bringing his ever unique take on house and disco to the floor, weaving between classics and nu-disco edits. Todd Terry closed the Terrace in emphatic style, showcasing why he is still classed as one of the very best and was recently inducted into Defected’s iconic House Masters hall of fame.
Disco edit king John Morales held it down in El Salon, with the incredibly talented DJ Antz taking care of proceedings on our Sunset Terrace for the first time this summer. Another special night of people and music, setting us up for Week 8, where Basement Jaxx will return, along with Dimitri From Paris, Simon Dunmore and Willie Graff.
