Russ Chimes is one of the hottest emerging young producers, remixers and DJs to emerge in the past 12 months, bringing his own unique brand of amped up, atmospheric and pop-savvy dance music to the foreground at a blistering pace.

His stock as a musician has been making a meteoric rise and despite being a relative new comer, Russ has already racked up an arsenal of huge remixes for established artists like Mark Ronson, Booka Shade, Kelis and Marina & The Diamonds, including an enormous remix for Ellie Goulding, which gained worldwide radio play and to date has acquired over 2.2 million views on YouTube.

Fusing energetic driving beats with irresistible groove and heartbreaking melody, Russ’s first EP of original material ‘Midnight Club’ was released late last year on Eye Industries, accompanied by a unique 3-part short film, directed by SXSW award winning director Saman Keshavarz and co-art directed by ex-graphic designer Russ himself, a combination which has helped to spread his name like wildfire, and racked over 800,000 combined video views. Russ's second EP released in May on his newly formed label 'Uno Mas' saw a progression from his pop crossover debut, as he sidestepped to reveal another side of his producer persona - a creator of devastating club tracks. Tonic and Helix burst with huge riffs, neck snapping groove and speed garage-esque shuffle, whilst holding onto that melodic finesse and trademark Chimes drama.
