The CN Sant Antoni surfski paddler Daniel Sánchez Viloria, sponsored by Space Ibiza, ended up fifth in the men’s absolute World Cup-Eurochallenge held on May the 2nd in Villajoyosa, Alicante. Daniel became the best European athlete of the tournament, right behind the South Africans Sean Rice (current World Champion), Jasper Mocke, David Mocke and Kenny Rice.
This success adds to the third place achieved by Daniel in the World Series held in Guadaloupe on April the 27th. Daniel reached a brilliant bronze medal in the Caribbean island, his first as a professional surfski paddler. In the upcoming months, the Space Ibiza sponsored sportsman will have the chance to extend his winning streak in several tournaments to be held in Spain, then in Greece and Portugal (August) and finally in Italy and France (September).
