The unfortunate news about Frankie Knuckle’s decease has filled Space Ibiza with sadness. The Platja d’en Bossa club had had the honor of hosting the godfather of House music several times and all its team wishes to show its sorrow for this irreparable loss. Rest in peace, Frankie.

Born in New York (USA) in 1955, Frankie Knuckles was a renowned DJ and producer, specially known for being considered the “father” of the House music genre which appeared in the late 70’s. Frankie helped popularizing House, not just with his sets but also with his successful productions and remixes. In 2005, he was included in the Dance music hall of fame for his priceless contribution to the genre.
