He is only 18 and he is touring around the world, rubbing shoulders with top Djs like Tiësto, playing in the best festivals, releasing his own music on the best EDM labels... To reach this level of success you have to work hard and be talented. Avila is working his heart out and it produces the right results.
You started your career very young and you have had a lot of success very quickly. How do you manage this success? Is it difficult?
It was not that quick at all. I've been djing for 7 years now and it was really tough in the beginning. On one side it was easier because the whole music scene was totally different, there were not as many djs as there are right now, but on the other side I was really young and nobody trusted me or they took me as a joke....So it was a long process.
Let us know something about your summer. Are you playing a lot on the island? What about your Las Vegas residency?
I'm playing so many shows this summer! It's crazy! I think around 25 shows in August. Last summer season most of my shows were on the island. This year I'm playing all over Europe, America and in Asia. I'm extremely happy about my first Vegas residency. I play there almost every 2 weeks. And that includes my own headlines sets, and some of them supporting for Tiesto, Tommy Trash, Laidback Luke, Nervo and many more!
Your upcoming single "Tronco" was released a few weeks ago on Musical Freedom, Tiesto's label. Could you explain something about it?
I came up with the song idea around a month ago. I'm really happy about how it turned out. And boy, am I proud this will be released on Tiesto's label. This is like a dream come true for me. It means a lot!

I will play my new track Tronco without a doubt! It's one of my primetime bombs at the moment. I'm really happy about how it turned out in the end. It works incredibly good on the dance floor. And I'll be dropping lots of new unreleased bangers too!
Let us know some memories of your first time (as clubber or Dj) at Space Ibiza.
Well, I just turned 18 so I don't really have that many experiences as a clubber at space haha.
The first time I came to space was when I played at Cafe Ole last summer!
What is your favourite restaurant on the island?
I have 2! One of them is El Amante. The views are incredible and the food is awesome! And the other one is Va Bene. It's not the typical fancy restaurant, but the burgers are sooooooo good !!!
What is your favourite daytime place in Ibiza?
One of them is Punta Galera. I try to go there every time I'm in Ibiza. Seeing the sunset there is something else.
What is your favourite corner / room / place in Space Ibiza?
I think my favorite room at Space is the Terrace. I mean all of them are sick, but the terrace has something special. You are closer to the crowd, the vibe is different, and I love to play especially the closing set when the sun starts to coming up! It's a great feeling!
