The internationally awarded festival will bring some of the best DJs, singers and performers of the electronic House music scene to DF
On Saturday 4th of February the popular Café Olé Ibiza party will smash for the first time Mexico’s capital DF in form of an impressive festival in one of the most iconic venues in town, the Centro Banamex. More than 50 DJs, singers, celebrities, acrobats, performers and dancers will be part of a show that will faithfully recreate the magic that exists in the nights of the White Island of Ibiza and that is undoubtedly the global epicenter of electronic music. The Café Olé Ibiza Festival will feature one of the most popular Djs of our times: Fedde le Grand. The dutch DJ, famous for his hit “Put your hands up for Detroit” will be accompanied by another big fish of the scene: The gorgious italian Alex Gaudino (“Destination Calabria”). Besides him, the Spanish DJs Chus + Ceballos, , the historical U.S. House diva Ultra Naté and the American singer Amanda Lepore, world's most famous transsexual, will be in charge to drive the crowd crazy.
CAFÉ OLÉ IBIZA FESTIVAL comes to Mexico City by the hand of the local and long-experienced production company HOT ROB. For now 14 years, Café Olé Ibiza has been one of the most iconic and popular party nights in Ibiza. The original party takes place every Tuesday in Summer in the prestigious club Space Ibiza, which is the world's most awarded club and that won last year the Top Club award of the prestigious British DJMAG and the award for the Best Global Club at the IDMA in Miami, among others. The festival will take place during 10 hours, from 8PM on Saturday at 6AM on Sunday, and the sounds will evolve from Pop, Rock and Disco during the beginning of the night to House, Tech-House, Tribal House and Progressive House brought from well-known DJSs of the global electronic scene. The soundtrack will be matched by an impressive show with singers, numerous performances, air shows and dancers. The location will feature two VIP areas, a PREMIUM and a HOLLYWOOD, which will receive well-known personalities from the world of music, fashion and the Mexican night.
The large-scale festival will recreate everything needed for an unforgettable night, that is in fact good music and a great show. It will be a night of musical quality, cheerful, uninhibited and with spectacular shows during its entire run.
Café Olé Ibiza is the meeting point of all important figures that live and love this small Mediterranean White Island, many of whom will attend as special guests to the festival. In its booth have performed renowned DJs such as David Guetta, Fedde Le Grand, Roger Sánchez, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Antoine Clamaran, Mastiksoul and Robbie Rivera, among many others, as well as celebrities like Dita Von Teese, Amanda Lepore, Mario Vaquerizo and Rossy de Palma and also guest artists such as Ultra Nate, Jocelyn Brown, Boy George, Crystal Waters, Jesús Luz (Madonna's ex-boyfriend) or the musical group led by Alaska, Fangoria,as well as the band Boney M.
