This Tuesday July 30th, Carl Cox celebrates his birthday at Space Ibiza. A special date where will celebrate the birth of one of the DJs with greater impact on the history of electronic music.
The evening will begin at 9pm at the Sunset Terrace, Black Butter Records will be the host of this room, and will provide us with the performances of Gorgon City, and after midnight DJ Callum. Black Butter Records will also take care of the Première Etage, with performances by Kidnap Kid and Woz. Future Disco presents his musical proposal, with performances by Cedric Maison (Hypercolour) and Sean Brosnan into El Salón. Once more the show and animation will be in charge of Kryoman.
The Space Ibiza Terrace will receive in the cabin to Umek, Monika Kruse, and Brodinski & Gesaffelstein.
Brodinski & Gesaffelstein are two of the heavyweights of the new French electronic school. The combination of their respective backgrounds and discos suitcases promises a parade of rhythms that can jump from disco-house to techno, stopping at all points in between, including, of course, productions and own remixes.
Monika Kruse resigned to pursue a career as a model to make music, which she really liked. So she decided to join the collective Ultraworld in late 1993, organized the first Munich techno parties. His reputation as a Dj launched when she was included in the Top 5 by the readers of the German magazine Groove. A year later he would again appear in third place, just behind Sven Väth and DJ Hell, being the only woman among the top 40.
Umek began DJing in 1993 at the age of 17th. He was one of the pioneers of electronic music at Slovenia. Umek became famous for his fast mixing abilities and his dj-sets. Umek is known for its ability to play 4 plates simultaneously. He is the owner of two record companies called Consumer Recreation and Recycled Loops. For some critics Umek has become one of the 10 best DJs of techno around the world.
Jon Rundell will be responsible for opening the main room, Jon has never be left lead by trends or fashions, preferring to ask questions about what is happening around him. Experimental at times, but always matured and versatile, he has managed to become a consistent producer and a DJ of guarantees.
Heidi is not only owns the more sexy curls of the Berlin label Get Physical, this compatriot of Richie Hawtin is one of the DJs with more charisma of the Clubbing universe. After moving to London in the year 2000 starts to play and make a name at parties as Haywire. In the summer of 2005 he begins DJing parties at Monza Ibiza and Fabric, and that same year was invited to play on the anniversary of the Panorama Bar. Since then her name has risen in the rankings of top DJs.
To end the night, the birthday boy Carl Cox. The ambassador of electronic music will do what better knows to do, give it everything with each beat. Carl Cox guarantees sessions where the styles are merged, not limited to closed patterns. And above all Carl provides dose of energy and happiness to all attendees to his parties.
