NEW SPACE IBIZA ON TOUR DESTINATION: DUBLIN

On Sunday March 31 Space Ibiza On Tour will offer its first event in The Kitchen’s Irish pub in good company with Space Ibiza resident Camilo Franco

As the most popular zone and the fashion center of the Irish capital, the southwest of Dublin has its usual drinking routes and nightlife. There you will be able to visit The Kitchen, located under the Clarence Hotel and the Exxet East Street, parallel to Wellington Quay Street.

The super famous nightclub owned by U2 and, according to Bono, opened "to find a place for Edge to do something after midnight" was the meeting place of glamorous rock stars and supermodels, hipsters and hedonistic people. With capacity for 600 people and luxuriously decorated by Bono from U2 rock band, The Kitchen includes a large dance floor, great seats and a huge main bar that serves beer and fast cocktails, exceptionally good, at reasonable prices. Night after night, the Irish club has many customers who are in a good place to listen to more modern music and for this occasion the DJ booth will be occupied by none other than Camilo Franco.

Born in Colombia but based in Barcelona, Camilo Franco is not only the residents of one of the largest Ibiza institutions in the world named Space Ibiza but also one of the most international Spanish DJs. His style is defined as House music in all its aspects without forgetting his Balearic roots.

At the age of 15 he began his musical career and in 2002 the artist became internationally known, being nominated several times in quite a number of disciplines to different industry awards during his career; earning the award for Best DJ Resident of a Ibiza club by the Deejaymags 2010 edition and being finalist for Best House Artist 2012 by the prestigious Viciousmagazine. In 2008 Camilo comes as a Monday's Calling (known now as Ibiza Calling) and We Love parties’ resident while debuting in the Opening and Closing Space Ibiza Parties. Currently Camilo is a Space Ibiza and Space Ibiza On Tour resident. In his role as a producer, Camilo has made several solo works, also with artists such as David Penn, remixed tracks for artists such as Chus & David Penn, Lorenzo Aldino or René Amesz and has published on various labels, especially Nervous Records, Urbana Recordings or Defected Records. This complete artist has performed not only in clubs and festivals but also in fashion events as the Custo Party Bread & Butter, film events as the "Biutiful" party (Cannes Festival 2010) or the closing ceremony for San Sebastian Film Festival 2010.

Definitely, an event that all those Irish culture and Space Ibiza’s electronic music fans must not miss!
