Steffen Baumann is DJ and musician through and through. Trained on the drums and guitar from a very young age, it was his his feeling for music which has allowed him to get ahead amongst legions of motivated DJs: He has played countless clubs and proven himself regularly with large audiences at major events such as Time Warp and Nature One, he has a residency in one of the most relevant clubs in southern Germany and since May 2007, he has got his own radio show with “SIXTY MINUTES” on Radio sunshine live and since 2009 on IBIZA GLOBAL RADIO.
This has raised his profile and increased his reach, and so it was only a matter of time until the first compilation from the show hit the stores in the form of a double album the end of 2007 quickly followed by a second one in 2008, and since then, in-house productions have also been forthcoming in quick succession: The Steffen Baumann & Taste T remix of the Stereodudes song "Tontería" jumped straight to # 6 on the German Club Charts in the week after the release. Steffen publishes his tracks and remixes on prestigious labels such as the Session Deluxe Recordings, led by Martin Eyerer and Marc Romboy, Amused Records, Hertzklopfen, Lucent Records or the Spanish label Insert Coin Records.
