Since he was very young, Christopher Spero showed interest in jazz, blues and techno music, taking part in several groups and editing electronic music for many labels in the UK under different nicknames (Attic, Olek y Spero). He studied sculpture in Central Saint Martin’s College until 2000, when he built his own label Glimpse Recordings, distributed by Kompakt.

Last August, Christopher released his album The Black Collections in Asia and toured Japan during 2008. This release was followed by Raum Mix and more performances in Asia and Brazil.

His series Glimpse's % black is part of the luggage artists like Luciano, Ricardo Villalobos, Marco Carola, Loco Dice, Jay Haze, Francis K, Richie Hawtin, Magda, Carl Craig, Mike Shannon, Jeff Mills, Troy Pierce, Konrad Black, Laurent Garnier and Adam Beyer, take for their gigs.

In January 2009, a new maxi for Glimpse comes out, this time hand in hand with Carl Craig, for the label Planet E. Along this 2009, we will enjoy a new EP for his own label, Glimpse Recordings, as well as an association with Jay Sheppherd for Compost called The Lions Share EP , which will include the voice collaboration of Ali Love. Nowadays, he is working on his debut album, this time for Crosstown Rebels, titled Runner which will be released in 2010.
